The GRA-TRAil Story

Our colors are chosen as green and Gold
That's cause we try to be brave and bold
But Just in case we all grow old
We want to make sure we don't fold

Our Aim is to take a lot of Pride
In outdoor life and a trail ride
but from nobody do we try to hide
For we are not out to take a side

We say we serve the Greater Randolph Area
This is a mighty big load to have to carry
Out on the trail we go to be merry
In outdoor life we get in no hurry

In the community we do our best to aid
we do this without even getting paid
A trail ride is still to not be ignored
For this is done with nobody being bored

We saddle up the horses and head em out

This we can do with a whole lot of clout
But when we hear the cottoneye Joe
We stop the ride and swing our toe

Each morning we wake to cattle call
After a night out at the dance hall
It's back in the saddle again they all say
With the horses fed a lof of corn and hay

We may leave Schertz without a case
To ride by Randolph Air Force base
But when the ride is finally over
Out go the horses to eat clover

The cities we serve is by no means a slim picking
Including Selma, Kirby, and Adkins while a kicking
Some of the places even you may never been before
Such as Bracken, Garden Ridge, Bulverde, and Wetmore

From New Braunfels to New Berlin we can be a cowpoke
To help Universal City, Marion, Seguin, and Live Oak
At every place we stand up and stake our own first
To include Windcrest, Boerne, Cibolo, and Converse

Let's not forget a little place called Hackerville
St Hedwig, LaVernia, McQueeny, and on up the hill
The list could go on and on and never see an end
For a trail riders message we are trying to send

We are the Greater Randolph Area Trail Riders Association
Conceived and formed as a local non-profit corporation
With no intentions to quit sending the mail
For to our members we are known as GRA-TRAil
